Committee Purpose Statement
The Early Professionals Committee (EPC) was created to support athletic trainers in the early stages of their career by fostering leadership, developing educational initiatives and promoting professional and ethical values.
What’s the EPC doing at the National Level?

The EPC works to create and gather resources to help early professionals in theirtransition to practice. This includes:

Addressing issues around transition to practice

Creating opportunities to develop career skills and leadership development

Fostering professional networking and mentorship

How do I get involved with my state/district?

Keep an eye out for committee openings from our secretary.

If you have a specific committee in mind, reach out to the chair to explore opportunities for involvement, even if no positions are currently available.

IATA relies on active membership participation to create meaningful and impactful changes to our state.
