Purpose
The Governmental Affairs Committee works closely with the IATA President to monitor legislative and regulatory issues that may affect athletic trainers, stakeholders, and patients. The committee supports communication with healthcare providers, encourages member involvement, and advocates for policies that advance and protect the athletic training profession in Idaho.
